For a hygienic sale of ice cream it is essential to clean the ice cream scoops by using a scoop shower. Additionally it is necessary to dry the ice cream scoops by a scoop dryer.  Compressed air from the blue nozzle pin and from the special developed whisper injector simultaneously dries the inner and the outer bowl of the ice cream scoop. The scoop dryers are integrated in the well-proven Stöckel cleaning sinks. The necessary air volume is individually adjustable.
